Senior Vice President of Growth
We’ve scaled IMPaCT nationally based on the strength of our evidence base. But it takes more than great data to sell to develop and grow partnerships with health plans and value-based providers. You know that, because you’ve been there. You have experience on both sides of the negotiation table, selling solutions and operating within a payer. You have a track record of closing deals and are ready to make your mark in an early-stage, high-growth company. You are a crisp communicator, whether you are telling a story or explaining a randomized clinical trial. By the time you’ve read this far you already have ideas about how to make us stand out from other companies who talk a good game but don’t meaningfully move the needle.
VP Clinical Operations
You are a razor-sharp, systems builder and operator who gets out of bed to transform healthcare. You are a pro at building successful telehealth startups. You equally like breaking new ground and continuously improving existing workflows to maximize efficiency. You’ll build and lead our telehealth operations from the ground up, setting the foundation for scalable, compliant, high-impact care delivery.
Community Health Physician
We’re looking for warm-hearted primary care docs (MD/DOs) to provide general supervision for Community Health Workers who work in your local community.
You are a razor-sharp, systems builder and operator who gets out of bed to transform healthcare. You have helped to build innovative healthcare businesses for scale. You equally like breaking new ground and continuously improving existing workflows to maximize efficiency. You can scale-shift between high-level vision and operational details. You are an expert in using data to supervise teams. You are equally comfortable working with Community Health Workers, C-suite executives and community-based leaders. Your flow state comes at the intersection of creativity and manufacturing-style operational excellence. You enjoy being held to the high standard of an ambitious start-up.
Corporate Finance Fellow
You are an analytically-minded MBA or data analyst who has the startup bug. You are curious and love modeling. (You may have a bumper sticker that says ‘I excel at Excel’’ 🙂). You love being given challenging questions and the freedom to solve them.
You’ll join IMPaCT as a part-time Corporate Finance Fellow to support our mission and growth. This position is fully remote and work will average 10-20 hours per week. You’ll work closely with IMPaCT’s VP Finance and Business Operations and will also interface regularly with other senior leaders.
